Due to the nature of health and dietary supplements, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., order number or receipt).
  1. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products returned after 30 days of delivery.
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping), depending on the situation.

  1. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  1. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  1. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever is sooner. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
